Hyndland RFC 12 v 76 Birkmyre RFC Saturday 11th November 2023 KO 2pm West Region League Division 3 Birkmyre’s winning streak continued on Saturday with a convincing 76-12 away win against Hyndland. The game for more or less over after the first 40 minutes with Birkmyre going in 54-5 up at the half.
Birkmyre 52 v 21 Mid Argyll Saturday 15th November 2023 KO 2pm West Region League Division 3 Birkmyre RFC continued their winning ways last Saturday with a resounding 52:21 home win over Mid Argyll.
Birkmyre RFC 71 – 29 Mull RFC Birkmyre romped to victory at the weekend with a resounding 71-29 win at home to Isle of Mull keeping them in top spot in the league. The home side ran in 11 tries in total, 8 of which were converted.
Birkmyre defeated Irvine on the road last Saturday 26 points to 20 in what proved to be a tough fought contest. Both sides scored 4 tries however it was David Cruickshank’s kicking for Birkmyre that separated the teams, with him slotting over 3 from 4 conversions and the home side missing all their extra points…
Birkmyre RFC enjoyed a hard fought but comfortable victory at home to Lanark Clydesdale at the weekend with a score line of 49:7.
