Carrick 57-21 Birkmyre Arnold Clark West Division 2 Saturday, 31st August 2024 Birkmyre suffered their second defeat of the season away to Carrick at the weekend 57-21. The Kilmacolm side find themselves at the bottom end of the table after the second round of fixtures although both matches were closer than the scorelines might suggest.
St Columba’s School has signed a three-year sponsorship deal with rugby club, Birkmyre. The sponsorship deal covers both the Mini and Senior sections of the club.
Birkmyre 5 – 31 Wigtownshire Arnold Clark West Division 2 Birkmyre opened their league campaign with a home defeat to Wigtownshire on Saturday in the Arnold Clark West Division 2.
Birkmyre Rugby Club picked up its 3rd Trophy of the season with a victory in the Bishopton 7s Tournament on Saturday 22nd June, to add to their League Title and win at the Helensburgh 7s in May.
